If your Unit, or organization, wishes to start or grow, and Scouts in your unit need more support than your Chartering Organization or Parents and Guardians can provide, please contact our District Executive about how "Scoutreach" can support your Scouts. Scoutreach can support your Scouts through providing Scout Books, certain Event Transportation, Uniforms, Program Material, Badges, Camperships, and use of Camp equipment. To receive assistance, write a letter to the Atlanta Area Council explaining your units needs and submit to the District Executive; use this Campership Application for Summer Camp. Note that Scouts and leaders must be registered to receive assistance, and Scouts must have attended at least three unit meetings and show advancement progress. You will need to complete and turn in the attached Scoutreach request forms. We invite your interest as we engage in support of great activities to turn our young boys into fine young men! More about the Boy Scouts of America can be found at Scouting at a Glance, About Scouting, Join Cub Scouts and the Scout Zone.
